Places of Poetry book launch

September 14, 2020

The Poetry Society, in association with the University of Exeter and Oneworld Publications, presents the digital book launch of the Places of Poetry anthology, a volume of selected verse from around England and Wales from last year’s hugely popular Places of Poetry project, an interactive map that poets could pin their poetry to attracting 7,000 poems. The map can still be found at www.placesofpoetry.org.uk

This exciting event will sweep the country featuring a wide range of poetry voices reading their work from the anthology, including special guest performances from Ian Duhig and Jen Hadfield, and spot appearances from some of the nation’s treasured independent booksellers.
